Been trying to fix this for 2 weeks, closest I got was a english speaking human who called me back at 6AM.... Orbitz does not have change or cancelation policies anywhere on their site - - they tell you to call customer service (which oddly enough you get through ASAP, but when you have issues you are on hoold for DAYS) when you do call they LIE to you and nobody at Orbitz will take responsability for their ERRORS!

Not very pleased with Orbitz! I booked my honeymoon trip through Orbits, the hotel I wanted was %u201Con sale%u201D until 4/29 but the flight I wanted was too expensive at that point (it had gone up in price over 2 days). I called up customer service BEFORE finalizing my booking, they told me that I had until the next day to change to cancel my flight (with a nominal fee) and up until 4 days prior to my trip for the hotel %u2013 she also stated that I can change or cancel them INDIVIDUALY. I felt confident that I could change my flight if necessary so I finalized my booking. Sure enough the next day a better flight became available at about the same price as the flight I booked, I proceeded to call customer service to change my flight %u2013 I was told by the agent at that point that there was a 125 fee for changing the flight but I had 7 minutes to cancel and re-book the entire package . . . at a cost of over $300 more than I paid! I did not want to cancel the hotel but I was told that was my only option and I had 4 minutes to do so. I%u2019m NOT pleased at all, this bait and switch by your agents is despicable and I now will be losing an entire day in Maui due to the flight not arriving until 9:35 pm. Had I known this was going to happen I would be chosen a different flight (from a different service) to begin with. I don%u2019t know if the miscommunication was because of language barriers due to the fact I have no choice but to call a call center I believe to be in the Philippines or Thailand %u2013 however that should not be my problem as I%u2019m in the US and I was booking through a company I mistakenly believed to be a US company.
