Orbitz purchase made me loose 679.95, not customer friendly - UNIVERSAL ORLANDO **2-Day Base with 3rd Day Free Ticket *

Im sure customers have to change their travel plans sometimes. Working with a travel company, you would think this would be a wise place to purchase travel tickets. This company has my money even though I emailed them 10 times to explain that I purchased tickets that Expire in May, and I wanted to switch them for tickets that are valid in June, which are the same price. Usually companies want to work with customers to get repeat business but, I will NEVER shop there again. This is my first and last time! How can a company just say we cant do anything and keep a customers hard earned money? Crooks do this! On 2/25/14, I had purchased 5 **2-Day Base with 3rd Day Free Tickets for Universal Orlando which says First use of ticket must be by 5/09/14 to receive full benefits. That sounded to me like you loose the benefit of the free day if not used by then. I found out 4 days after that we cannot go to Florida until June. I emailed them and explained this situation and they said they would have to call and find out if Universal would accept them in June. I beat them to it and called Universal Myself and a man named Connor left me a voice mail that said Orbitz could switch these tickets for a 2 day base ticket which would be valid in June. They are the same price. I emailed them again and explained how Universal told me that they should switch them for me. Orbitz emails me again to tell me that they tried and cant change the tickets! You are telling me that they never had to change tickets for a customer ever before and Im the first going through this situation?? She then told me that the only way I can get a refund is if Universal refunds them for the tickets and she wasnt positive this was going to happen and if they did, the cancellation fee would apply. How do they know about this cancellation fee if they are arent sure if they can cancel it or not?? Someone is lying here or just doesnt want to help me. Im waiting for a call back from Universal again to look into this deeper because Im not going to just forget about loosing my money and I dont know a customer who would just let them take their money without fighting. Its not like I just wanted to cancel the order, I just wanted to change the date of the tickets! And what really really stinks is that I cannot even get back a penny if I sold them because I cant sell them because only I can pickup them up! This is just crazy and made me soo upset.
