Orbitz routing my call to third party travel agency - Orbitz customer service


I called Orbitz customer service number. They kept me on hold for 30 minutes and then transferred my call to some 'NEAT TRAVELS' The guy who picked spoke in broken English that he cannot help me with anything related to Orbitz. He said that they routed my call by mistake and they he has already raised this issue with their management.

I don't get this? Is Orbitz routing customer service calls to third party phony numbers who have no clue how to help Orbitz customers. I used to be a regular user of Orbitz but I don't think this is the way to treat your customers Mr. Orbitz. Better try Google travel.
